Luxury Villa Holiday in Javea

If your idea of the perfect holiday is a luxury villa, boasting a large, private swimming pool, landscaped gardens with seating and sun loungers, set away from the madding crowds but within a five minute drive from beaches, shops and nightclubs, then “Villa Purivida”, the luxury holiday villa Javea, could be exactly what you are looking for.

The villa rental in Javea is a mere thirty minutes drive from Benidorm, the Costa Blanca’s most popular tourist destinations, making it accessible for day trips or nights out.

Benidorm offers people holidaying in Costa Brava a whole host of places to go, eat and drink, but, if you would prefer a Spanish experience that is not quite as hectic, as perhaps, Benidorm offers, there are plenty places to visit within a short distance of your Javea holiday villa that are well worth seeing.

Dominating the skyline of Javea is Mount Montgo, which shelters Javea town in the winter months, leading to temperatures rarely falling below 15C, is set within the National Park of Montgo. Offering short distance trails, with a low-medium difficulty level, Mount Montgo can serve up some breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. Gold and silver has been, reputedly, found in the foothills of Mount Montgo (dating back as far as the 2nd and 3rd centuries BC) and proof of a Roman military presence is provided by a Roman inscription found beside the Cova de l’Aigua (water cave), dating back to 238BC, when the 7th Germina Legion inhabited the area. As well as, the panoramic vistas of the Gulf of Valencia, the mountains of la Sator and Cullera, the Mediterranean  and the island of Elvissa, the national park offers wonderful examples of local fauna and flora .

With, approximately, 320 days of sunshine yearly, visiting the Spanish villa in Javea offers, realistic, year round possibilities. With regular open air flamencos and boat trips to, either, Denia or Calpe ( a town which has seen many occupiers over the centuries), there is always something to see and do in Javea, but perhaps, at a more relaxing pace than other Costa Blanca destinations.
Timing your visit in June, July or September, means you could witness the local festivals and fiestas of Javea:
Moros y Cristianos (Moors and Christians) is Javea’s main festival, held in July.
Fogueres de San Jose (bonfire festival) in June
Nuestro Senora de Loreto (with bull running) is held in September.

Whenever you head for your luxury holiday villa Javea (available from villarentals4u), you are sure to receive a flavour of the real Spain and all she has to offer, whether that’s searching for gold or silver in the Montgo National Park, enjoying moonlit waterside suppers at the old harbour or visiting the Gothic Church of San Bartolome. So what are you waiting for?
